D Type Standard Hardness Block

The D type standard hardness block is the standard configuration for Mitech series portable Leeb hardness testers. It measures 90x55mm and weighs 2.67kg. Its primary purpose is to determine whether the measuring error of the Leeb hardness tester falls within the permitted range set by national or international standards.

Each standard hardness block is engraved with a serial number and hardness values consistent with qualified certificates, ensuring traceability to national or international standards. The block undergoes a special plating harden layer process, resulting in stable and reliable hardness values due to high-quality material.

Manufactured in strict accordance with related standards, the D type hardness block is primarily used for the calibration and verification of D type impact devices. It can also be applied to C, DC, D+15, DL, and other types of impact devices. With a conversion table, relevant standard reference values can be obtained.

Mitech standard hardness block D type serves as the standard basis for daily hardness testing and calibration applications, essential accessories to ensure accurate hardness measurements.
