Thank you for shopping with Inspectec. We aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and reliably. Please review our shipping terms below to understand how and when your products will arrive.

Shipping Coverage

We offer shipping throughout New Zealand and to selected international destinations.

International shipping availability, cost and delivery time depend on the destination, product size and weight. For larger or specialised instruments, please contact us for a freight quote.

International customers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, customs charges or local clearance fees imposed by the destination country.

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we’ll arrange a shipping quote where possible.

Products Covered

All products listed in our store are eligible for delivery under this shipping policy.

Order Cut-Off Time

Orders placed before 3:00 PM (GMT+12) on business days (Monday to Friday) will begin processing the same day. Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

Handling Time

All orders go through a careful preparation and production process. Our standard handling time is 1–2 business days.

Delivery Location

All orders are delivered directly to the customer's provided shipping address. We do not offer delivery to collection points at this time.

Transit Time & Shipping Method

We offer Standard Shipping with tracking included. The estimated delivery time after handling is:

  • 5 to 7 business days (Monday to Friday)

Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on all New Zealand orders. There are no hidden fees or surcharges.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number so you can monitor the status of your delivery until it arrives at your door.

Currency

All shipping-related costs and transactions are processed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD).
