The AWA6228+ is an advanced Class 1 multifunction sound level meter designed for professional environmental, industrial, occupational and acoustic noise measurement.
Unlike a fixed-function instrument, the AWA6228+ can be configured around your application. Start with professional Class 1 integrating measurement and add statistical analysis, octave analysis, FFT, data logging, sound recording, occupational noise measurement, GPS or reverberation functions as required.
This makes the AWA6228+ ideal for users who want advanced measurement capability without paying for functions they do not need.

The most cost-effective entry into the AWA6228+ platform.

Adds statistical analysis and time-history data logging, making it suitable for:

The AWA5636 is the best starting point where Class 2 accuracy is suitable.
Step up to the AWA5662 when Class 1 accuracy is required while keeping the instrument straightforward and cost-effective.
Choose the AWA6228+ where greater configuration flexibility or advanced functions such as FFT, reverberation, detailed frequency analysis or GPS are required.
The AWA6292 is intended for more specialised acoustic applications including advanced frequency analysis, reverberation and STI measurement.
