Description
The ZHV-MVH50010/ AutoVicky ZVK-1050AF is a fully automatic Micro & Macro Vickers and Knoop hardness testing system designed for advanced laboratory, metallurgical, research and production quality control applications. Combining both micro and macro hardness testing capabilities into a single integrated platform, the system delivers highly accurate automated measurements across a wide force range.
The system integrates automatic loading, automatic measurement, motorized positioning, autofocus capability and intelligent hardness analysis software for efficient and repeatable hardness testing. Designed for demanding industrial and research environments, the ZHV-MVH50010 significantly reduces operator influence while improving testing consistency and productivity.
The integrated Vickers and Knoop testing functionality allows the system to evaluate a broad range of materials including hardened steels, coatings, thin sections, heat-treated components, microstructures, ceramics and non-ferrous metals.
