Features of the Optional Probes:

  • A-type probe: U-shaped magnetic yoke weld probe with a turning joint slope magnetic head, equipped with a work light. It is especially suitable for special-shaped and intricately shaped workpieces. Probe distance: 20-160mm; lifting power: AC?5kg, DC?18kg. Equipped with an electromagnetic yoke fillet weld flaw detector, these probes are adjustable with a wide usage range.
  • D-type probe: Electromagnetic yoke probe with multiple movable joints, offering strong magnetization. Probe distance: 60-220mm; lifting power: AC?6kg, DC?20kg. The probe is known for its high permeability and strong magnetization.
  • E-type probe: Crossed yoke probes or rotating magnetic field probes perform magnetic detection in one operation. Walking wheels and a work light significantly speed up defect detection. Probe distance: 110mm; lifting power: AC?8kg. Equipped with a rotating magnetic field detector.
  • O-type probe: Also known as an annular probe, with an inner diameter of 150mm and a center magnetic field ?180Oe. Equipped with an annular defect detector, it is designed using a strong magnetic field generated by an electrified coil, suitable for sectional detection and demagnetization of complex workpieces like mandrels, pipelines, and bolts.
