Product Description:

The Argweld® QuickPurge® System is a premium inflatable weld purging solution for large diameter tubes, pipes, vessels, and cylindrical joints. Designed with twin inflatable dams and advanced purge control, QuickPurge® dramatically reduces inert gas consumption while ensuring oxide-free, zero colour welds in stainless steel, duplex, chrome steels, titanium, and nickel alloys.

With innovative features such as IntaCal®, RootGlo®, and PurgeGate®, QuickPurge® delivers faster purge times, enhanced safety, and guaranteed weld quality. Typical purge time is less than 3 minutes for a 12" pipe joint and 8 minutes for a 36" joint, achieving oxygen levels down to 0.1% (1,000 ppm).
