The Tomlin TC-K22A is a professional robotic pipe inspection crawler designed for the inspection of large-diameter pipelines, stormwater networks, sewers, culverts and industrial process pipes.
Featuring a rugged 4-wheel motorised crawler, Full HD camera system and an automatic 120m cable reel, the TC-K22A provides reliable remote inspections where conventional push cameras cannot operate. The compact crawler is capable of navigating pipelines larger than 300mm in diameter, delivering high-definition video while maintaining excellent traction and stability.
The system is operated via a 10.4-inch Android tablet controller with wireless remote control and is powered by a high-capacity rechargeable lithium battery for extended field operation. With an IP68-rated crawler body, 250mm lifting capability and climbing ability of up to 45°, the TC-K22A is engineered for demanding municipal, industrial and utility inspection applications.
