The M4 Series Semi-Automatic Vision Measuring Machines are designed for manufacturers requiring faster inspection speeds, improved repeatability and reduced operator influence compared to traditional manual systems.

Built on the proven M3 platform, the M4 Series introduces automatic Z-axis focusing using precision linear guides and servo motor control. This eliminates manual focusing errors, improves measurement consistency and significantly increases inspection efficiency.

Available in measuring capacities from 250 × 150mm through to 500 × 400mm, the M4 Series supports both advanced optical measurement and optional touch probe measurement for 3D inspection applications.

Combining precision granite construction, automatic focusing, high-resolution optics and powerful iMeasuring software, the M4 Series is the ideal solution for dedicated quality departments and production environments requiring reliable, repeatable dimensional inspection.
