High Temperature Probe HT5
The Mitech high temperature ultrasonic thickness probe HT5 is suitable for all Mitech line ultrasonic thickness gauges and is an optional configuration. This probe operates at a frequency of 2.5MHz with a crystal size of 14mm, making it suitable for measuring the thickness of high-temperature materials under 300℃.
Its measuring range for common ultrasonic thickness gauges is 3-200mm in steel, while for multi-mode ultrasonic thickness gauges, it is 1-600mm in steel. The cable length of the HT5 probe is 70cm, and its limitation for the minimum pipe diameter is Φ30mm.
The Mitech HT5 probe is elaborately developed with materials including piezoelectric ceramic, engineering plastic, and stainless steel. Its integrated die casting process and splinting probe design ensure convenient plugging, effectively reducing faults caused by frequent plugging while maintaining accuracy and durability.
The Mitech HT5 probe finds wide application in monitoring the corrosion thinning degree for various pipelines and pressure vessels in industries such as petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, shipbuilding, aviation, aerospace, and others. It can also be used to make accurate measurements for various plants and mechanical parts.
