Shipping Destinations

We offer free domestic shipping within New Zealand.  Please contact us if you need to enquire about international shipping.

We offer free domestic shipping on all orders within New Zealand.  

Processing Times

Once your order is placed, it will be processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Shipping times range from 1-5 days depending on the product.  If you need an item urgently, please confirm lead time with one of our team members before placing your order. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, we will send you an email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment on the carrier’s website or through our Order Tracking page.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact our customer service team immediately at contact us. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your items as soon as possible.
