The Rock-150 Series Advanced Digital Rockwell Hardness Testers are modern electronic hardness testing systems designed for engineering workshops, manufacturing environments and quality control laboratories requiring improved usability, higher precision and enhanced digital operation.
Positioned above the HR-150 entry-level range, the Rock-150 Series combines electronic loading with modern digital display technology to deliver faster, more repeatable and easier Rockwell hardness testing.
The series includes three models:
- Rock-150 – LCD screen model
- Rock-150D – 5.6-inch touch screen model
- Rock-150DP – 8-inch touch screen premium model
All models support standard Rockwell hardness testing using HRA, HRB and HRC scales and are suitable for testing hardened steel, alloy steel, tool steel, brass, bronze and other metallic materials commonly used in industrial manufacturing.
Compared to traditional manual systems, the Rock-150 Series offers improved operator efficiency, simplified operation and enhanced readability through electronic loading and modern digital interfaces.
