The Hoyamo Brinell-3000 is a closed-loop system digital Brinell hardness tester designed for reliable, accurate, and cost-effective industrial hardness testing applications.
Built for workshops, foundries, heat treatment facilities, manufacturing plants, and quality control environments, the Brinell-3000 combines modern digital control technology with a robust industrial frame to deliver stable and repeatable Brinell hardness testing performance.
Unlike traditional dead-weight systems, the Brinell-3000 uses a closed-loop load cell control system which continuously monitors and controls the applied test force throughout the testing cycle. This significantly improves force accuracy, repeatability, and testing consistency.
The Brinell-3000 features automatic loading, dwell, and unloading functions combined with a 20X analogue measuring microscope for dependable indentation measurement and hardness verification.
