Description
The Sinowon Advanced Brinell Optical Measurement System Series is designed for high-accuracy Brinell indentation analysis, laboratory verification, and advanced quality control applications requiring superior repeatability and digital reporting.
Traditional Brinell hardness verification methods rely heavily on manual microscope interpretation and operator judgement. The QB-Series replaces this process with advanced optical imaging, automatic edge recognition, intelligent software analysis, and automated hardness calculation technology.
Using BrinScan software and high-definition optical systems, the QB-Series automatically measures indentation diameters, calculates hardness values, records images, generates reports, and significantly reduces operator influence and testing time.
