Description
The Sinowon SHB-62.5A Digital Low Load Brinell Hardness Tester is a high-precision semi-automatic Brinell hardness testing system designed specifically for low force Brinell testing applications requiring improved accuracy, repeatability, and digital measurement capability.
Unlike traditional dead-weight Brinell testers, the SHB-62.5A uses advanced pressure sensor technology to replace conventional weight loading systems, significantly improving force accuracy and testing consistency.
The system features automatic loading, dwell, and unloading functions combined with a digital Brinell microscope and integrated hardness calculation software. Operators simply align the indentation and the system automatically calculates and displays the Brinell hardness value, eliminating manual microscope reading and hardness table calculations.
Designed for thin materials, small components, light load Brinell testing, precision engineering, laboratories, heat treatment verification, and industrial quality control applications, the SHB-62.5A delivers fast, accurate, and repeatable low load Brinell hardness testing performance.
